Weekly Backups

We will create a complete backup copy of your VPS once a week, so you never need to be scared of permanently losing any critical data. Last but not least we can recover a backup very quickly. All our backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you will be able to basically hire one of our trained server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any software app that you desire. Or have him solve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.
